Dr. Khaled Al-Fawaz Joined the Faculty of Economics and
Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 2012. He
received his PhD from the Brunel Business School in the area
of Information Systems. His PhD focused on Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) adoption and implementation in
service organization domain. His research focus is on
Electronic Government, Transformational Government,
Information Systems Integration, Investigating and
Evaluating Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Process
and IT Infrastructure Integration Issues.
